Early Career
Starting with no prior dance experience in 1999, Jesse quickly rose to become the #1 instructor in the company and went on to achieve elite competitive success—ranking among the top American Rhythm dancers in the United States and placing second in the world in Mambo.
In 2006, he appeared as a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars, expanding his influence across the broader dance industry.

Business Growth
He later transitioned from performance to building businesses—owning multiple studio locations, developing over 15 business owners, and creating training systems now used across Fred Astaire studios nationwide. He has served as a member of the Fred Astaire International Dance Council and as host of the international Fred Astaire Conference and Training (FACT).
In 2011, Jesse introduced the “Four Pillars of Well-Being”—physical, mental, emotional, and social health—redefining dance as a vehicle for life-changing impact rather than simply a skill.
Additional Endeavors
Today, Jesse is the co-founder of Brothers Field in Long Grove, Illinois—one of the region’s most unique outdoor event venues—and continues to expand into hospitality, real estate, and leadership development.
